Remind customers about unfinished orders with automatic email notifications for abandoned carts
This feature allows your online store's customers to receive automatic email reminders for an abandoned cart with products and an unfinished order. Customers need to be registered with their email addresses in your online store to receive these notifications.

Go to: Store > Email Management.

Click the edit button for the Abandoned Cart Reminder option.

Customize the email template: Personalize the template content according to your store's needs. You can add text and images here to tailor the reminder email visually.

Enable the feature and confirm the changes by clicking the Save button.
