Basic Store Settings

The basic settings of your online store are a crucial element in preparing for your online business

Through the admin panel, you have access to a range of useful settings and functionalities to present your products and business in an original and well-functioning manner.

To start your web store and make it operational, you need to follow these steps:

Setting up your store

On the bottom left, go to Store > Settings > General

In the Settings panel, you can configure information related to both the registration process and other useful settings.

Among them are:

  • Site name
  • Storefront domain name
  • Default Language
  • Email
  • Default Currency
  • Phone, and many others.

Additional settings for your store

On the bottom left, go to Store > Settings

The settings are divided into several categories:

  • General - contains the general settings of your web store, as well as SEO (search engine optimization) settings to enhance website visibility.
  • Logo - provides controls for uploading various logos for your web store.
  • Social - provides controls to add links to your social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Catalog - provides options for defining the visibility of items out of stock and applying VAT (value-added tax) at a global level, i.e., throughout your entire catalog.
