BlueEx integration

Set an additional way of shipment services for your e-shop’s clients

BlueEx is another way to establish a good customer experience in terms of delivery services. You can easily set up the application in your e-shop’s admin panel.

How to adjust the BlueEx app

To add the BlueEx app to your e-shop’s operations, you need to create an account at BlueEx first.

Go to the BlueEX website and hit Open an Account to create a new account or Sign In to enter an existing one.

Set the BlueEx app in your admin panel

  1. In your e-shop’s admin panel, go to the Apps

  2. Locate the BlueEx app under the Shipment providers section and hit Install.

  3. After the successful installation process, hit Settings.

  4. Under User information, insert your credentials from your BlueEx account, and hit Connect.

  5.  Set up the sender information.
     *Note: In the dropdown menu the addresses that are set up in “Sender address” will appear.

  6. Set up the additional information:
    - Service – the options that are set up according to your agreement will appear.

    - Parcel – if the shipment is a document or parcel.

    - Default weight – the weight of the products if it is not mentioned specifically. It will be visible at the checkout.
    - Has insurance – if the packages will have insurance (may increase the value of the shipment).
    - Insurance value- the value of the insurance.

    - Is fragile – determine if the shipping items are fragile or not.

  7. To finalize the process, set the status to Active and hit Save.
