Provide important information to your clients with the content pages
Content pages are individual pages on your webstore that can hold various information. Generally, their purpose is to add footer links that lead your customers/users to the respective pages. You are not obliged to have them added to your webstore's footer.
Content pages do not contain dynamic content. They are useful for holding different information, like News and Announcements, Promo information, Terms and Conditions and whatever content you want to have on your storefront.
In this topic, you will learn to create and edit Content pages.
Create Content pages
- Go to Content > Pages and select Create content page.
- On the newly opened page, under the "Page settings" tab, enter a Title for your webpage.
The Slug entry populates automatically with the title you entered in the previous step. - In the "Page content" section, enter the text for your content page.
- Use the Is published toggle to publish (or not) your content page. This action takes place once you save your page.
- Navigate to the SEO tab and enter your SEO-friendly Title.
- Enter the meta Description of your content page.
- Before you save your changes, and publish, you can Preview your content page.
- Select Save. If you selected Is Published on step 5, your page will be available on the storefront right away.
Repeat these steps for every next Content page you want to offer your customers.
