Easily set and use the cryptocurrency payment provider Crypto.com in your admin panel
Having trusted payment providers for your e-commerce business is crucial to managing an online store. You can easily activate the third-party service in your admin panel.
Before activating the application in your e-shop’s admin panel, register on the Crypto.com merchant portal.
- Choose the account type you need(Solution) and hit Next.
- Enter the necessary information for your company and your website. Confirm with Submit.
- After you fill in the necessary information, go to the side menu > Integration>API Keys in the side menu.
- Copy the Publishable key and Secret key, so you can paste them in the admin panel when installing the Crypto.com app.
- Go to your e-shop’s admin panel > Apps.
- Locate the Crypto.com app and hit Install. After a few seconds of installation, you can find the app in the upper part of this section under Installed Apps.
- Hit Settings.
- Paste the Publishable key and Secret key in the designated fields.
- After that, go to your Merchant portal in Crypto.com, and under Webhooks, hit the Add Webhook button.
- To create a Webhook, you need to add the following URL: https://api.nextbasket.shop/payments/v1/en_US/payments/crypto/webhooks/tenant id of your store.
*You can find your tenant ID in the section Online shop settings > General.
- After you add the URL, add types of payment events and confirm with the Save button.
- After you add them, the Signature secret will automatically generate, so you can add it in the Crypto app in your e-shop’s admin panel.
- To finalize the process in your admin panel, set the status to Active and hit the Save button.
