      Mark a Product eligible for "Open and Check"

      Easily set and provide additional trust in e-commerce clients via the option of inspecting the merchandise at the time of delivery

      Configuring the "Open and Check" Option

      If you wish to label a particular product as eligible for opening and inspection upon delivery to the customer, you can easily configure this feature from your Admin panel.

      1. Log in to the Admin panel of your store.

      2. Go to Catalog > Products, and click on the edit button for the product whose settings you wish to configure.

      3. Under the General section, scroll down and use the toggle switch Eligible for open and check to determine whether the respective product can be checked upon delivery or not.

      4. Confirm the entered changes using the Save button in the upper right corner.
