This flexibility is important because, in the process of trading, activities are dynamic. This means that at any given moment, you may need to make changes to a product's information or specify its qualities.
Transporting fragile products often becomes necessary. To enhance the service of your online store, you can designate a product as fragile in a few steps.
This information will be crucial for the courier company as well as for the customer at the end of the trading process.
Marking a product as fragile:
- Log into the Admin panel of your online store.
- Go to Catalog > Products.
- If you wish to mark an existing product as "fragile," click the edit button next to the respective product.
Further down the page, under the "Product values", you will find the toggle labelled "Fragile." To indicate that the product is fragile, activate this toggle.
To confirm the changes, press the Save button in the upper right corner of the field.
*(If you want to designate an entirely new product as fragile, the procedure is the same, but after clicking the Create Product button.)
