      Set up sales for out-of-stock products

      Maximize your sales potential by enabling your online store to continue selling products even when they are out of stock.

      Enabling Out-of-Stock Sales

      1. Log in to your admin panel.
      2. Navigate to Catalog > Products. 1
      3. Find the product you wish to sell even when out of stock.
      4. Click the Edit button associated with the product. 2
      5. Scroll down to the General Settings section until you reach the 'Available quantity'.
      6. Locate the 'Continue Sales when out of stock'. 3-1
      7. Switch the toggle to activate the functionality, allowing the product to be sold even when it is not physically in stock.

      Note: Keep in mind that if the Preorder option is activated, you can’t set up sales for out-of-stock products.

       By following these simple steps, you can ensure that your store capitalizes on every potential sale, bypassing the limitations of inventory shortages. This functionality not only helps maintain seamless transactions but also enhances customer satisfaction by making popular items continuously available.
